Salmonella osteomyelitis

Abstract

A case report of a young girl with salmonella osteomyelitis of left radius is presented having no constitutional symptoms. X-ray, changes are described. Curettage tissue sent for culture and histology. Histology showed non-specific osteomyelitis while salmonella was grown. She was treated accordingly and got cured with three year follow-up.
