Dr. Woolery received an MBA from Tulane University in 2006. He also attended Kennedy-Western University in California.  He attended The University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from 1972-1974.  His Master of Science in Microbiology was received in 1978 from the University of Oklahoma, Norman Oklahoma.  He attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1979-1982.  His internship was completed at Botsford General Hospital in Michigan from 1982-1983.
