Dr. Raymond Chung received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine.  He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and the Director of Hepatology, Massachusetts General Hospital.  Highlights of his research interests include hepatitis in special populations, HIV-Hepatitis C virus interactions and pathogenesis, and HCV Virology, HCV RNA testing, HCC biomarkers, PEG-Introm plus Rebetol in hepatitis C, as well as studies of hepatitis B after liver transplantation.  He has received numerous teaching and clinical investigator awards.  He has served on many NIH panels and editorial boards of peer-review journals.
