            Dr. Nathan Thielman is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health at Duke University Medical Center. He completed both medical school and internal medicine residency training at Duke, a Master's in Public Health from the University of North Carolina and infectious diseases training the University of Virginia. Current academic and research interests focus on disenfranchised populations affected by HIV in the rural Southeastern U.S. and sub-Saharan Africa as well as infectious diarrhea.
