Marie-Ève Hamelin holds a degree in medical biology and a master (M.Sc.) in microbiology-immunology and is a Ph.D. student at Laval University in Québec, Canada.

Marie-Ève Hamelin holds a scholar award from the Québec Health Research Foundation (FRSQ) and is a Ph.D. student in the laboratory of Dr. Guy Boivin.  She is working on the pathogenesis of human metapneumovirus in experimental models and vaccine development.
